Trip 667: Sunset Hiking from Ouyoun Seeman to Mar Charbel-Chabrouh


The Footprints Nature Club would like to invite you all this Saturday 01 August 2026 to enjoy the Sunset in a hiking trip overlooking the Sea, Mountain, and the Chabrouh Lake:

Our walk will be of Easy to Medium Level (6 to 7/10). It shall take around 3 to 4 hours with around 8 KMs.
 
You have to bring a warm jacket and a torch with you for this trip.

مشي في وقت المغرب من عيون السيمان الى مار شربل - شبروح

الرحلة ستكون بمستوى سهل الى متوسط وبمسافة حوالي 8 كلم.

يجب احضار مصباح للإضاءة وسترة (جاكيت) للتدفئة خلال الرحلة.

Your personal insurance.

Cost Fees

The trip's fees will be 25$, covering:
  • Transportation from and back to Beirut
  • Cost of the guides

 

Gathering Place & Time

Our gathering will be at the traffic lights on the crossroad of the General Security building الأمن العام and El-Mathaf المتحف region in Beirut. You can park in the parking nearby starting 3:00 PM...

We will start on Saturday 01 Aug, 2026 at 03:00 PM.
The bus will move at 03:35 PM.
 We will not stop on the way. We might be obliged to do some modifications to the plans as needed during the trips.
We will finish on Saturday 01 Aug, 2026 at 10:00 PM.

    KNOW YOUR ABILITIES; CHOOSE AN APPROPRIATE HIKE.

    Be a Lightweight

    THE LESS YOU CARRY, THE MORE ENJOYABLE THE HIKE.

    Avoid Huffing and Puffing

    IF YOU CAN TALK WHILE YOU ARE WALKING, YOU ARE WALKING THE PERFECT SPEED.

    Take a Break

    TAKE A TEN MINUTE BREAK AT LEAST ONCE EVERY HOUR.

  • 05

    No Food, No Fuel, No Fun

    DRINK FREQUENTLY AND EAT OFTEN.
